Established over 200 years ago as a Coaching Inn, The Sun Inn is situated within the picturesque Washburn Valley, close to Lindley, Fewston & Swinsty reservoirs. We are a family friendly pub with a large car park, a beer garden & childrens play area, we have Pool, Darts & a Jukebox while also having a large dining area. We serve a selection of Real Ales such as Theakstons Best Bitter, XB & Old Peculiar as well as Moorland Old Speckled Hen.

Neal & Fiona recentley took over The Sun having known it for years, Fiona (Fud) being a local lass was brought up in the village and worked here while in her teens, Neal (Spike) from Otley, used to manage another local pub just down the road years ago, which is where the two met.

Both Old & New Friends are welcomed !
